Recognizing Emptiness

Recognizing Emptiness:
A Half-Day Retreat with nico hase

Sunday, July 21st
10 am to 1 pm central time
in person in Madison, WI

The Buddhist path culminates in liberation through a direct and abiding recognition of emptiness. But most practitioners find it difficult to access and sustain these deeper states.

In this half-day in-person retreat, nico will guide meditators through a series of experiential exercises designed to recognize and abide in lucid, open space—right here, right now.

The day will begin with a half hour of conversation around the theme. We’ll then sit and walk for two hours in lightly guided practice, before reconvening for a closing talk and further dialogue.
